Having adopted Eastern philosophy where massage and beauty treatments are a way of life, elmspa offers traditional and innovative spa experiences in a less formal atmosphere. Many of the signature treatments, such as the Siam Herbal Tension Release, are based on Thai healing rituals where the use of herbal remedies is combined with traditional practices such as massage and heat therapies.

The spa has seven specialized treatment suites, each fashioned with the goal of developing an energy rich, environmentally responsible Feng Shui space. A harmonious balance has been developed through the use of natural woods and linens combined with recessed water features and Zen pebbles -- the spas signature décor -- to soothe the mind and soul. Offering an exclusive garden balcony, clients can experience an oasis in the middle of the city.

elmspa was designed with the goal of creating a natural, modern environmentally responsible spa that focuses on the physical and mental well being of its clients and staff.

The space maximizes the use of natural light, thereby decreasing energy requirements. Whenever possible, building materials were selected not only for their aesthetic qualities but also for their durability and ‘recyclability’. All paints, stains, glues and sealers utilized are water-based. Even the garden balcony was designed with all cedar decking and chairs on the outdoor patio have been crafted by All-Aboard Youth Ventures, a non-profit organization that trains youth at risk in the woodworking industry.

With over 18 years of experience, Kamelia has been providing aesthetics services in Canada and Europe. She has expertise in new and classical services and exhibits impeccable skill in several areas including facial massage. She is also well-known for waxing delicate areas.

Amina Malik

Amina's areas of expertise include facials and body treatments. She also provides threading and takes pride in brow shaping to achieve "an instant lift" for each of her guests.

Phillip Tith

Phillip's approach is to be flexible, strong and precise in his techniques to provide a safe, effective and enjoyable massage therapy treatment. His primary modalities include Swedish Massage/Deep Tissue, Deep Siam, and is currently pursuing training in Thai Massage. Having worked in a rehabilitation clinic he's treated many conditions such as chronic back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, disc lesions, muscle strain conditions, fibromyalgia and others.
