Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment to prepare for your elmspa experience. To reserve your appointment, please call our elmspa concierge at 416.964.4500. We require a valid credit card at the time of booking.

cancellations

We appreciate that sometimes you may need to change your appointment. We ask that you give our elmspa concierge 24 hours notice for a single treatment and 48 hours for multiple treatments so that someone else may visit. If less notice is given, the full fee will be charged. If you are running late, we may not be able to perform the full treatment, however, you will be charged the full fee.

At elmspa we strive to provide a relaxing and soothing experience from the moment you arrive until you leave. Please help us preserve a tranquil environment by refraining from smoking or using your cell phone.

attire

Robes and slippers will be provided for your comfort and a change closet for your clothes. Please do not bring valuables, as elmspa is not responsible for any missing items.

gift certificates

We offer elmspa gift certificates for either a treatment or a specific dollar amount. To arrange purchase, please contact our elmspa concierge at 416.964.4500.
